Ben Glaetzer has come up with a wonderful wine from Australia called Stickleback Red. It’s an eclectic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Dolcetto and Lagrein (the latter two grapes are native to Italy, and aren’t planted widely in Australia).
